At ELSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
